The second thing I brewed was some cyser. I apparently did not write down many details. I remember I used Lalvin D47, orange blossom honey, yeast nutrient, and some store-bought apple juice to make one gallon of the stuff. I backsweetened about the same amount (30g) as the first mead recipe. This turned out even smoother and slightly better than the first mead. I was hooked. This homebrew thing is pretty great.
